Railway RRB ALP Recruitment 2026
The Railway Recruitment Board has released a short notice for the RRB Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) Recruitment 2026 under Centralised Employment Notification (CEN) 01/2026.
Through this recruitment drive, 11,127 vacancies will be filled for the post of Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) across various railway zones in India.

Selection Process
The selection process includes multiple stages.
Stage 1 – CBT-1

Stage 4 – Document Verification
Candidates shortlisted after CBAT will be called for document verification.
Stage 5 – Medical Examination
Candidates must pass the Railway medical fitness test required for locomotive operation.
Salary / Pay Scale
Selected candidates will receive salary under Level-2 of 7th CPC Pay Matrix.
