SSB Head Constable Selection Process 2026

The recruitment process includes multiple stages.

1️⃣ Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

Male Candidates

• 1.6 km race in 6 minutes 30 seconds

Female Candidates

• 800 meter race in 4 minutes

Ex-servicemen are exempted from PET.

2️⃣ Physical Standard Test (PST)

Candidates must meet the required height and chest measurements as prescribed in the official notification.

3️⃣ Written Examination

The written test will include:

Part I

Part II
