RRC CR Apprentice Recruitment 2026

The Railway Recruitment Cell, Central Railway (RRC CR) has released the official notification for the engagement of Act Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961. This recruitment drive aims to fill 51 apprentice training slots in different trades across various workshops and units of Central Railway.

• PwBD: 10 Years (additional relaxation)

• Ex-Servicemen: Service period in defence + 3 years

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates must have:

• Passed 10th Class (Matriculation) with minimum 50% marks from a recognized board.

• Possess ITI National Trade Certificate in the relevant trade issued by NCVT or SCVT.

Note: Engineering graduates and diploma holders are not eligible for this recruitment.

Tie-breaking rules:

• Monthly Stipend: ₹9,600 per month

• Training Duration: 1 Year

• Accommodation: No hostel facility provided.
