Eligibility Criteria

      Educational Qualification:

• 10+2 (Intermediate) Pass होना चाहिए।

• साथ ही Matriculation में Punjabi भाषा एक सब्जेक्ट के रूप में पास होना अनिवार्य है।

      Age Limit (As on 01-01-2025):

• Minimum: 18 years

• Maximum: 27 years

• आरक्षित वर्ग को सरकारी नियमानुसार छूट दी जाएगी।

Selection Process

PSSSB Jail Warder भर्ती में निम्नलिखित चरण होंगे:

1. Written Exam (Paper 1 & Punjabi Qualifying Paper)

2. Physical Measurement Test (PMT)

3. Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

4. Document Verification

5. Medical Examination

Paper 2 (Punjabi Language Test)

• 50 Marks – केवल qualifying nature का होगा।

Physical Eligibility & PET (For Jail Warder – Male)

Physical Standards:

• Height: Minimum 5’7”

• Chest: 33” (unexpanded) and 34.5” (expanded)

PET Events:

1. 100 Meter Race: 15 seconds में पूरा करना होगा।

2. Shot Put (7.26 Kg): कम से कम 5.50 meters फेंकना।

3. Rope Climbing: 15 feet climb (max 3 attempts)

    Matron (Female) के लिए height: 5’3”, weight: 50 kg minimum required.
