Educational Qualification & Experience

Manager (Civil)
Degree in Civil / Architecture Engineering with minimum 8 years experience in construction, structural & project execution works.

Manager (Mechanical)
Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 8 years experience in heavy equipment maintenance, refinery or power plant operations.

Manager (Electrical)
Degree in Electrical / Power Engineering with experience in power systems, motors, transformers & PLC/VFD.

Manager (Chemical)
Degree in Chemical Engineering or M.Tech in Applied Chemistry with experience in alumina refinery / Bayer process plants.

Manager (E&I)
Degree in Instrumentation / ECE / Applied Electronics with experience in DCS, PLC & field instrumentation.

Age Limit (As on 02 February 2026)

• Maximum Age: 38 Years

Age Relaxation:

Maximum age after all relaxations shall not exceed 56 years.

The selection process includes:

1. Computer Based Test (CBT) – 85% weightage

2. Personal Interview (PI) – 15% weightage
